Return & Refund Policy

Because Melana Kir pieces are often handmade or made-to-order, returns are handled with care and fairness.

Returns

• Ready-to-ship items: You may request a return within 5 business days of receiving your order.
• Made-to-order or custom items: These items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• With original packaging

Refunds

Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos.
